Our self-adjusting system will set your drill guide setting and drill bit collar based off of the thickness of the material you grab with the Mini-Jig calipers. (see video for demonstration). The efficiency of the Mini-Jig  is it’s ability to clamp varying thicknesses without manually readjusting between sizes. Simply put your work piece into the Mini-Jig caliper and it will do the rest. Just tighten the drill collar and you’re ready to clamp and drill. The Mini-Jig also features our color coded screw system that will give you the optimal screw size according to the thickness of your material, while our Color-Coat technology offers anti-corrosive protection to your workpiece.

The Mini-Jig was made with the wood worker in mind striving to optimize your efficiency in the shop. All features are self contained in this system: self-adjusting drill guide block, self-adjusting drill bit and collar, allen wrench, magnetic clamp pad, and reversible edge guide.
