2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use this website, we may collect two (2) types of information: (1) Personal Information and (2) Usage Data (collectively, “Information”).
• “Personal Information” means any information that identifies or could be used to identify an individual. For example, Personal Information generally includes contact data (name, address, phone number or email address), demographic data (gender, date of birth or zip/postal code) and, in some jurisdictions, certain Usage Data (as defined below). Personal Information is typically information that you voluntarily provide to us.
• “Usage Data” means information about an individual’s activity when he or she uses the website. Usage Data may, for example, include browser and device information, aggregated information (statistics and impressions) and information gathered by cookies.
We may link some Usage Data together. If the linked information can be used to reasonably identify an individual, we will treat such linked information as Personal Information.
3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect Information for all lawful purposes in the operation and conduct of our business, such as:
• When you interact with our website and you voluntarily provide Personal Information.
• When you contact us and you voluntarily provide us with Personal Information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and inquiry or opinion.
• When you purchase products from us.
• When you interact with the website through a Social Media account.
• When you apply for employment.
• We may also receive Information about you through third parties with whom we contract, such as business partners, subcontractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, and credit reference agencies.
4. HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use and disclose Personal Information obtained when you place an order or access this website to process and complete that order, and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
We maintain certain Personal Data related to financial payments, such as credit/debit card/procurement card information, only until payment for your order is processed by our third party payment processor, unless you authorize the information to be stored for future visits. If you later decide that you do not want us to store such information, you may contact us at email@example.com and ask us to delete such information.
We also use Personal Information to communicate with you, for example, to answer the e-mail and correspondence we receive, to confirm your order, to send renewal notices, and to notify you of important changes in the functionality of this website or other notices related to the handling of your Personal Information.
We may use Personal Information to make recommendations for additional products or special offers, and to provide you with updates on new products that we believe may be of interest to you, in situations where you expressly request such communications. If you have previously
asked to receive this information, but do not want to receive this information in the future, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
From time to time, we may share certain Personal Information with select third parties including other ARMOR affiliates to enable them to offer products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to share such Personal Information in the future, please contact us at email@example.com and we will take reasonable measures to avoid sharing such information in the future. Please note that such third parties are usually independent from ARMOR, and if you wish to stop all communications from such parties, you will need to address such issues with the third parties directly.
We may disclose Personal Information in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency’s request. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to protect the security of this website, to protect ourselves and our affiliated companies against liability, and/or in connection with any sale, assignment, or other transfer of all or a part of our business.
We will not use or share the Personal Information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
5. HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE USAGE DATA
We use Usage Data to better design this website and gather information for product management and development at ARMOR. For example, we may tell our sales and marketing staff that X number of individuals visited a certain area on this website or that Y number of software licenses were ordered during a particular time period, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. This Usage Data may also be shared with ARMOR’s affiliates.
6. COOKIES AND OTHER DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY
Cookies are small text files that are sent to or accessed from your web browser or your computer’s hard drive. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain (internet location) from which the cookie originated, the “lifetime” of the cookie (i.e., when it expires) and a randomly generated unique number or similar identifier. A cookie also may contain information about your computer, such as user settings, browsing history and Internet activities.
A web beacon (also called a pixel tag or clear GIF) is a piece of computer code that enables us to monitor user activity and website traffic. To learn more about cookies and web beacons, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. We refer to cookies, web beacons, and other similar technology as “Data Collection Technology.” Data Collection Technology enables us to remember your password for future log-ins, compile statistics about use of this website, and detect and prevent fraud. Data Collection Technology also helps us and our ad management partners manage our online marketing program and deliver ads that are relevant or may be of interest to you.
We use Data Collection Technology to collect certain Usage Data to help us personalize and improve the performance of this website. This process is automatic and for this reason we do not currently honor do not track requests.

10. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect Personal Information. When you place orders or access your account information, we usually offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software receives encrypted information through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) of your internet browser which encrypts the Personal Information you input before it is sent to us and seeks to prevent anyone else from reading it as the information travels from your computer to ours. If you are still concerned about placing an order online, please feel free to call a customer service representative at (888) 695-3055 and place your order via phone.
11. RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND DATA RETENTION

14. CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP
In the event that ownership of ARMOR was to change because of a merger, reorganization, acquisition or transfer to another company, Personal Information that you provide to ARMOR through this website may be transferred to and owned by the successor. If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your Personal Information, ARMOR and/or successor will provide notice about your choices to decline to permit such a transfer.
15. PRIVACY RIGHTS SPECIFIC TO CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS
As part of California’s ongoing privacy protection in the digital age, the state has enacted the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which enforces the responsible use of Californians’ consumer data. California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
As part of this Act, new rights are afforded to California consumers, such as the ability to access their personal information and transparency into how businesses actually use that information. California residents also have the right to stop any “selling” of that information through a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” mechanism. ARMOR does not “sell” information to third parties.
