Auto-Jig Hardware Update:

Hello from Armor Tool.
First, the team at Armor would like to thank you for being our customer. We are a small company and we truly appreciate your support. Our mission is to produce tools that you want and need,
with three basic characteristics:
Quality, Reliability, and Innovation.

We thank you for recognizing those characteristics and it is our promise to continue producing quality tools with innovative features that make your time in the shop more efficient. In an effort to continue our mission of Quality and Reliability we are upgrading some hardware from the Auto-Jig to ensure optimal performance.

It has been brought to our attention that some users have experienced binding or seizing of the drill bit in the Reversible Drill Guide Block during extended use. 

We would like to send you a replacement part to remedy this issue, at no cost to you.

We have recently reworked the Drill Guide Block Insert (see picture below) 

to resolve this issue from occurring in the future.

In addition, we will be sending you two new drill bits.

While this has been a small number of users, we want to ensure that any and all worries regarding any of our product’s functionality are addressed immediately.

How To Claim Replacement Part

To accept the new insert, send an email to armorcs@armor-tool.com (Subject: Drill Guide Insert Replacement), or via the buttons above or below. Be sure to include your mailing address. Please let us know if you have experienced this issue.

When your Drill Guide Block and Bits arrive, it is easy to replace:

Step 1: Unscrew the the Insert Knob (pictured above)
Step 2: Remove the Drill Guide Insert
Step 3: Replace with new insert.
Step 4: Tighten The Insert Knob.
